Saturday we went to Indian Echo Caverns with Pop Pop. First the kids fed the goats and sheep. Zoey beelined over to the sheep, jumped up and down and squealed "look, it's Shawn the Sheep"!!! She's obsessed with that weird show.
Then we went down into the caverns. I had never been there so I didn't know what to expect, I thought you could just walk around and didn't know that you're actually led on a 45-minute organized tour. I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous at first being stuck down in a cavern for 45 minutes. I thought for sure Zoey would have to go potty halfway through and she would end up peeing on the protected archaic rock formations that you're not even supposed to touch. Or that Finn would hightail it through the little nooks and crannies and get his head stuck between stalagmites. But they were actually fine, they thought it was really cool. And nothing got peed on.
Zoey was totally beat by the end. Nothing tires you out more than spelunking.
Then on Sunday we went to Hershey Park with Granny & Pap Pap. The kids rode rides, ate snacks, and a had a great time walking around. Zoey's favorite ride these days is a tie between the carousel and the train. Unfortunately I didn't get too many pictures because I ended up leaving sort of early to take Finn home to get a nap.
This next picture cracks me up because right before this was taken they were both all giddy and smiling. Of course as soon as the camera came out, Zoey refused to look at me and was acting all somber. It's funny how camera-shy she can be:
