It's been a long and stressful evening (week? month?) and I just wanted to unwind and turn my brain off. I was giving the kids a bath and discovered a "soothing and relaxing" pomegranate mask in the bathroom closet. Sure, I figured. Soothing and relaxing sounds amazing, I figured.
I figured wrong.
Below is the series of texts and pictures that I exchanged with Kristen (and later Sunita at the end) that are so ridiculous I had to share.
I applied the mask and was commiserating with Kristen that I couldn't get the freaking thing to pull off without feeling like I was going to remove my flesh. And the package said "do not combine with water" so I didn't know what the heck would happen if I tried to wash it off. So we started making comparisons about leprosy and me turning into Nicholas Cage from "Face Off". My texts are in green.
