Today we took Zoey to Kung Fu Panda 2, her very first trip to a movie theater. She's almost 2 1/2 so we figured it was worth a shot. She made it through 30 minutes of previews and about 40 minutes of the movie before getting sleepy, declaring "All done, Panda!" and departing the theater. I can't say I blame her too much though, the sequel was actually pretty boring (what we saw of it). And the whole experience still went way better than I expected, she sat still and quiet for over an hour and miraculously no popcorn went airborne. Although the tray of M&M's was an unfortunate casualty in her haste to depart the theater.

After marching out of the theater, we asked if she wanted to go back in to watch the rest of the movie. She said "No more panda. Wanna go see this guy!". And proceeded to become obsessed with hanging out with this movie poster:
