Emergency Preparedness

I was doing some emergency preparedness education with the kids tonight and this is the conversation that ensued when we were talking about when to call 911:

Zoey: "Ohhh that's the same number that you call for the crawling clowns".
Me: "The crawling clowns???"
Zoey: "Yeah the crawling clowns. Because they're spooky, and if they crawl at you in their clownface you call 911 before they do their tricks".
Finn in the background chanting: "clown-face, clown-face, 911!, clown-face, clown-face, 911".

Fair enough. Education goal met.
